ผศ.ดร.สุธาชัย ยิ้มประเสริฐ ได้ยื่นคำร้องขอให้ปล่อยชั่วคราวดารณี ชาญเชิงศิลปกุล โดยใช้หลักทรัพย์เป็นเงินสดจำนวน 200,000 บาท ซึ่งศาลชั้นต้นและศาลอุทธรณ์ได้มีคำสั่งยกคำร้องออกมาในวันเดียวกัน Assistant Professor Suthachai Yimprasert submitted the bail request for Ms. Daranee’s temporary release placing THB 200,000 as deposit. Both the Court of First Instance and the Court of Appeal denied the request on the same day.
